Commercial Refrigeration services

Maintenance

Commercial/Industrial Ice Machine Cleanings

Starting at $225.00

Remove all ice production parts to soak them in a solution. 

Clean and sanitize the stationary parts. Remove ice from the bin to clean and sanitize it. 

Clear all drains

Clean or replace condenser coil filters. 

Test ice machine operation and sequenc.

Full kitchen refrigeration pm with exhaust and make-up air maintenance.

Starting at $250

Any amount of refrigeration equipment is no problem. 1-100 units, we have it handled. 

During the typic pm we will:

Clean condenser and evap coils without coil cleaner to keep chemicals away from food.

clear and treat drain system. 

Check all ops on the refrigeration equipment and give a full report and list of recommendations. 

Kitchen/Industrial Ex Hood Maintenance

Starting at $85.00 Most kitchens *(+ materials)

Replace belts

Grease bearings

Check amps and wiring. 

Does NOT include grease trap or duct cleaning. That is a different profession all together.

Air Conditioning services

One time PMs to Full PM Agreements

Residential One time no contract Preventive Maintenance

75.00 includes 1 filter.

Replace filters and clean the return grille.

Clear and treat the main drain lines.

Check all ops on each AC system. 

Rince the condenser coil 

Provide a full report and list of recommendations. 

Full PM Agreement

$105 for the 1st system

Pay once per year of servic. 

Includes all items listed on a one time maintenance plus:

Receive Two PM visits per year per system 

10% discount all year for any service calls outside of maintenance visits

Priority scheduling of service calls. 

Each additional system is $40 plus filter costs unless privided by owner.

No charge to provide a custom quote on a commercial ac pm agreement. The amount will depend on equipment size and location as well as the equipment‘s intricacy.

Ground location Tower

$600 plus belts/ gear fl.

Stop pumps and empty tower

Clean tower basin and fill with scale dissolving solution.

Remove and clean pump strainers. 

Grease fan and pump bearings. 

Replace or add gear fluid or belts at an additional charge for material. 

Roof location tower

$735

Exact same service as the ground located tower but usually involves more labor to complete. 

Pool Heaters

Gas and Electric pool heater installs and service.

Give us a call. Or Have your pool service person call us to repair or replace that pool heater. Any brand Gas or Electric 

Add your pool heater to your A/C pm agreement

$25

We will clean up your pool heater and checl it’s operations during your scheduled A/C pm visit and give you a report on any findings. 

All work is done by experienced trade craftsmen not low paid hacks
